I've attended this theater around 20 times, and this theater is just okay. It's a good location and they always have the newest best movies and it never sells out that I've seen. However the staff although friendly are very slow and it takes a good 15-20 minutes to get through the concession line so arrive early for that. Also the theaters smell musty or moldy not sure why and some times the projector isn't lined up with the screen properly... I generally go here for average movies coming out but if I am really excited for a film and want a top of the line theater experience I go elsewhere like the Alamo draft house. Hope this helps.
Better than most of the Regal family. The seats are better the food is descent above just theater food and security actually does their job. ( impressed me) I will drive a little farther for a better experience.
Good Theater and Sound. Plenty of room in comfortable chairs. Ample parking although somewhat lacking in #DisabledParking but a decent effort if not yet complete. The differing theaters are rather tightly spaced, for the Good as it takes minimal walking to reach your specific one. Normal range of refreshments. All in All a place I'll return to but Not in Peak Times! Easy access to Major auto routes.
Went to see The Star here with my kids. Internet listed Showtime as 2:20 pm. We drove from New Braunfels to see this show. Upon arrival there was a large group of angry patrons stating that they were told show would be in Spanish. We spoke with a female manager who agreed that the fact that the show was in Spanish was not listed on the website. She stated that she was sorry, and could do nothing to accommodate all of the people who were horn swiggled. Never giving them my money. Stay away from this place it's shady, and they advertise and bait/switch.
Terrible place, bad management disgusting seats. My husband, daughter and I went to watch a movie here and throughout the movie felt small bugs crawling all over my arms. I was so uncomfortable but at the same time didn't want to ruin the movie for others and waited till it was over. Shined my phone light on the seat and saw an infestation of what I think was baby spiders. When I notified the manager Scott Stailey his response was "I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you it's a big building and we do get bugs." Granted he said they would take care of it, but didn't ask "Can you please show me so I can see exactly where they are and what they are?" I understand places get bugs, but not an entire infestation, especially if the building is being cleaned regularly, something like this would not be overlooked. I really do hope they take care of this, as for me I will NOT be returning.
