Filthy Dirty environment and extremely rude Triage ER doc (or whatever he was). He kept telling my 15 year old daughter who never wants to get medical treatment and turned down a fun outing with her friends that she was lying about her pain. Sir, I don’t care how many years experience you have (which he quoted several times) we will NEVER AGAIN visit that ER again.
Went there for high blood pressure. Left with Viral Gastroenteritis. This place is truely filthy and disgusting. The restrooms were clearly not maintained and the waiting areas were dirty. The rooms were not much better. With a exception of two staff members out of about a dozen, they do not have any concept of bed side manner. Unless you feel like you are just not sick enough, go somewhere else. I've seen finer hospitals in third world countries during the 80s.
just went in for an asthma attack and can't get treated until they admit me. I don't have insurance so what makes you think I can afford that? All about the $$ and not about the patient. Then instead of the Dr's coming in to explain they send nurses who just came on duty. I won't go back!!!
I feel that one star is even too good of a rating for this place. I was in the hospital for 7 hours .my nurse never even brought me a cup of ice I asked for she told me I'm not the only patient she has. She withheld my medicine for me that the doctor ordered because the doctor yelled at her for my IV bags not being secured properly. And then try to blame me for it. I had to ask security guards for ice and other nurses. I was severely dehydrated and had a fever of 104.
My nephew (last name ) Rosario was taken to the emergence room and the nurse that took care of him (which is horrible on my part, i can't remember his name) , but he went the extra mile to care for my nefew and us he made sure we were comfortable, he give us warm blankets and coffee to keep us warm. He was so kind, caring and friendly. My nephew couldn't have had a better nurse that him.
I have never experienced had such special service in my life at any hospital . Keep up the excellent work. GREAT JOB!!
I want to thank The following Security Officers, Jonathan, Paul the Security Manger , Lester, Mike they treated us so special and they were all kind , generous . They had an answer to all of our questions. They were always ready to help us.
